Q. Are CME.md lectures CME accredited?
Educational activities completed through CME.md before January 1st, 2008 are fully accredited by the American Academy of Dermatology for Category 1 CME credit. However, beginning in 2008 the AAD no longer accredits online CME activities. CME.md activities in 2008 may still qualify for Category 2 CME credit. Please check your individual state's requirements.
Q. What is the cost viewing CME.md lectures?
The cost is $25 per lecture. You may access the content for up to 7 days from your first time of access.
Q. I'm having problems logging in. What should I do?
Make sure the correct user ID and password is being used. Use an updated browser. To upgrade your browser visit Internet Explorer or Netscape to download the latest version. Empty your "cache directory". This is a temporary Internet browser file that stores information about where you have been.
Q. I am experiencing operational problems with CME.md. How can I view the site as intended?
CME.md is viewed best with Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher. Problems may occur if the latest browser is not used. Please review Technical Requirements and perform a system check.
Q. I've already registered on CME.md, but have forgotten my username and password. What should I do?
To have your username and/ or password sent to your registered email address, go to the homepage and click on “Forgot password?” Update your email address with CME.md if it changes to prevent problems in the future in “myCME’ under “Edit Account”.
Q. How do I change my password?
Login and click on “myCME”. Click on “Edit Account” and then click on “change password”.
Q. Why won't the purchasing system accept my credit card?
Our system can only process VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards (or bank cards provided by them). Please ensure that you have entered the correct credit card number and expiration date, and ensure that the billing address used matches the address the credit card's statements are sent to.
Q. What is a discount code?
Discount Codes are special codes made of 6 alphanumeric characters that may be used to redeem a discounted price during the credit purchase process. These are usually provided to selected users by our sponsoring organizations, but are occassionally used for our own promotional activities. If one or more discounts on this site are open to the general public, our system will automatically determine and calculate the best deal according to the user's current purchase conditions. Date and quantity restrictions may apply.
