Lynne J. Goldberg, MD
graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Harpur College, State University of New York at Binghamton in 1982, and received her M.D. from Downstate Medical Center, Brooklyn, NY in 1986 where she was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Society. Dr. Goldberg trained in internal medicine at New York University Medical Center from 1986 to 1989, and subsequently completed a residency in dermatology at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 1992. She moved to Boston to further specialize in dermatopathology, completing her fellowship at the Boston University School of Medicine in 1994. After her fellowship Dr. Goldberg joined the faculty of the Boston University School of Medicine, and is currently an Associate Professor of Dermatology and Pathology and Laboratory Medicine. She is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Dermatology and Dermatopathology. She has developed an expertise in alopecia, and is the director of the Boston Medical Center Hair Clinic. Dr. Goldberg divides her time evenly between the practices of clinical dermatology and dermatopathology.
